When a promising house is located, we show the home and advise on the “pros and cons” of the property, such as market positioning, pricing scenarios and offer strategies, investment considerations, apparent quality of workmanship and upkeep, etc. When we find a winner, we handle the entire transaction — we negotiate with the seller’s agent, prepare the legal documents and coordinate the closing process. Our designated broker, as an experienced real estate attorney, offers a particularly savvy level of real estate advice and service. He personally handles or reviews all of the purchase documents.
